(1) MIC may share your Personal Data with:

In order to prevent information leakage and protect MIC's intellectual property rights, MIC may Process and use the information you share with any other MIC's employees in order to establish a threatening behavior model or analyze the possible threats to MIC’s information system, which may possibly affect the privacy of communications between you and any other MIC's employees. In consideration of the international and transnational nature of MIC's business and services, we will transfer your Personal Data to MIC's Affiliates, including but not limited to those in Taiwan, United States, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Singapore and other countries where the level of protection to Personal Data might be different from the country you based in, in accordance with Article 6 of this policy and any purposes within the scope of this policy.
If we transfer your Personal Data from the EU to other countries that is not certified by EU regarding the adequacy of the level of protection, we will enter into a contract based on EU’s standard terms with the recipient. You may request for reviewing the foregoing standard contract terms by contacting MIC in accordance with the contact information specified in Article 17 of this policy.
Please note that when you directly transfer your Personal Data to our affiliated companies outside the EU, we cannot be held responsible for the transfer thereof.
9. Information Security
MIC has employed appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the applicable law to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally or intentionally damaged, lost, tampered with, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized access, and other illegal or unauthorized Processing.

MIC endeavors to take reasonable measures to ensure that the Processing of your Personal Data by MIC will only be made for the period necessary for the purposes listed in this policy. MIC will keep your Personal Data in accordance with the following principles:

(3) Stop Processing your Personal Data, restrict the Processing of your Personal Data, delete your Personal Data, or transfer your Personal Data to other Personal Data controllers under reasonable and feasible technical premises.
(4) Withdrawing your consent to the Processing of your Personal Data by MIC: please note that withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of MIC's Processing of your Personal Data based on your prior consent. If the Processing of your Personal Data has other legal basis, MIC may continue to Process your Personal Data.
(5)You reserve the right to appeal to the competent authority responsible for information protection for the Processing of your Personal Data.
(6) On the premises of complying with applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to object to the third party who Processes your Personal Data on behalf of MIC.

However, please note that before MIC can provide any assistance to your request, you need to provide identification documents in order to exercise the above rights.
